Consistent happiness, for once...

This past summer has been one of the most trying and rewarding summers I have had thus far. So many people were pushed out of my life, my support system here crashed and at one point I felt numb to the entire thing until the damn broke and the tears swelled and burned. I was on the verge of giving up and not getting back up. My dad was sent to jail, K.V.B left and my friendship with Patches ended.

A. was the only one who really got me through it. She was there for all the silent tears on the phone whether she knew it or not. But as the summer passed new people entered as they always do and brought a joy to my life that I can't quit explain. M.D. is one of the new additions to my life. M.D and I met at Camp and we have be inseparable. She is amazing in every way, so caring and beautiful. I am getting passes approved with her right now so in about two weeks I will be able to see her. My dad is no longer in Jail, this I found out last night. Regardless of how stressed and overworked he sounds he is being strong and I am sure there is a numbness in him similar to the one I felt not too long ago. I can here the pain in his voice as I spoke to him on the phone.

He is a strong man that was delt a poor hand in this life. I hope his next life will be one of joy a little pain. We were discussing moving out of state together when I graduate. Somewhere where it is cold, ever since I was little I wanted to live in the snow. For me it was Ohio or Seattle (even though it doesn't snow there) he was thing Colorado. I want to get far away from California as far as I can get even Seattle is a little close for comfort. I want to go far but I still want to know someone where I go.

I wonder if A. would support me in me moving to Ohio... I am sure she would she is so supportive in just about everything I do but I am glad that she still gives her opinions on certain things such as me getting emancipated. I am, for once, feeling more mature and consistently happy.
