Teenage Soap Opera

Edward

Jasper

Calisle

Last night I went to the premier of Twilight. I was expecting it to be semi-good but it turned out to be more like a teenage soap opera then a movie. The book was bad enough, and now the movie is even worse.

The scenes were choppy, the acting, at least the women roles, were bad and the story surely could not have made much sense to someone who had not previously read the book. Twilight is filled with interior dialogue and without that the story does not flow.It is most definitely a flop in the good movie department. It was not all terrible though.

There were some funny parts and it was interesting to see how the actors portrayed the characters. The male actors were in every sense of the word scrumptious and the females although beautiful failed to appear as the character appears.

Alice, a little fairy sprite kind of girl, was played by a woman that was beautiful more then cute and she was much too tall to play the little woman that is described in the book. It was like watching a woman try to play a shy and innocent thirteen year old, it just doesn't work.

Bella and Edwards never ending love was introduced into the movie way too early. It seemed as though they had just met and their relationship was very different and then all of the sudden without warning they are like "I love you!!!!Forever!!!!" as an audience member who has read the book I am like "Whatthefuck?????"

It was by far the cheesiest movie I have ever seen.

Although this movie is even worse then the book, I think I will buy it souly because I am a sucker for cheesy awkward romance. OK and maybe I want to oogle the mass amount of rather sexy men(too bad the women were not as sexy then maybe this movie would sell). :)
