Of couse a long conversation with her would drown my fears and calm me to the point of vague remembrance. Before her call my heart would race at every ring of the phone, my mind would rush to the horrors of last night in full detail. Now I can only see the smoke filled hotel room and hear vague muted sounds of the drunk. I love her so much. I feel as though everything will be fine when I talk to her and I feel as though the world is not as bad as it seems when I am in her arms. When waking next to her all is right with the world.
Next weekend will be a much needed refreshment.
